CQC Update to GP Intelligent Monitoring

You will have received, or shortly will be receiving, the message below from CQC.You will see that the CQC has acknowledged the various significant problems caused by its “intelligent monitoring” processes, has apologised and has committed to changing them.This is due, in no small part, to the robust and steadfast position that the GPC has taken on this matter but you would probably agree that credit should now be given to CQC for taking concerns on board, acting upon them, albeit belatedly, and issuing this statement.
