The DES paperwork includes the PCN DES service specification, guidance and registration form, PCN agreement and schedules, and a guidance note on the VAT implications for PCNs. Please do read all this documentation very carefully and familiarise yourself with it. You may wish to do so in conjunction with documents already published and circulated to practices about PCNs and the other contractual changes. The LMC will do its best to answer any queries or to pass these on to GPC if required.
In respect of the VAT guidance, please be aware that this is no substitute for obtaining your own expert independent professional advice and every PCN is very strongly advised to do so, not just in relation to VAT but for all legal, financial and HR issues relevant to PCN membership.
