GPC England
ran a range of surveys in December 2017, which provided it with useful
information on poor PCSE performance and is repeating the surveys to gauge how
things are now. This will help enable it to influence operational issues on
your behalf and give it the hard data it needs to substantiate the anecdotal
evidence it already receives on issues being experienced by practices and
individual GPs.
Please could you take a few minutes to complete
the following simple surveys:
Survey of all GPs including trainees – we would appreciate it if practices could share this with all
their GPs, including locum/freelance GPs and trainees as well as partners and
salaried GPs.
The deadline for responding to the surveys is
noon, Friday 25 October. The greater the response it has to these surveys,
the stronger GPC’s hand when discussing matters with NHS England. We really
appreciate your help on this.
