There is a massive amount of information to take in here, but I would urge everyone to read the documentation as soon as time allows. Further guidance will be produced and distributed in the coming weeks and months as your questions ( and concerns) inevitably arise and many cannot probably be answered as yet.
The key headlines relate to agreement on a state- backed indemnity scheme and the universal role out and development of primary care networks.
